Access

Is there an age limit to enter the festival?

Todos los asistentes deben de contar con boleto, personas menores de 15 años deben de ir acompañados con un adulto.

Debes contar con 18 años cumplidos para comprar alcohol, el ID es requerido.

Is there access and areas for disabled guests?

Yes, the festival has spaces and amenities for people with disabilities, which are identified on the official map; for more information you can go to the accessibility kiosk.

Will Lockers be available in the festival?

Yes, you will eventually be able to book your locker online.

Will there be official merchandise for sale?

Yes, inside the festival you will find a store that offers the official Festival merchandise and that of the invited bands. Also, we will soon launch the official web store where you can purchase products in advance.

What time will the festival start/end?

The access to the festival for the 3 days will be from 14:00.

The closing and presentation schedules will be revealed soon.

Tickets

Is there a ticket office or booth so I may buy tickets before the festival?

At the moment they can only be purchased at Ticketmaster and its authorized points of sale, which you can check here.

Tickets with no service charge exclusively at the Citibanamex Auditorium box office in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

On the day of the festival will there be a ticket office or booth to buy tickets?

It will depend on the availability of tickets, given that the festival has sold out in its entirety in recent editions.

Can I pick my tickets up on the day of the festival?

If you are international or from a city that does not have a Ticketmaster center, you can pick up your tickets at the “Will Call” center located inside the festival. Otherwise you must pick them up in advance at a Ticketmaster center to avoid the cancelation of your tickets.

What are the requirements to pickup the tickets?

It is important that you bring the same card used to purchase your tickets. The card will be ironed, so mini or unembossed cards are not accepted.

The following is accepted as official ID: voter's credential, military ID, passport or professional ID. The ID must be of the owner of the card with which the purchase was made.

At the time of purchase of your tickets, an email with confirmation number will be sent. Go with your confirmation number, purchase card and official identification to pick up your tickets.

If you are an international buyer, or if there are no Ticketmaster centers near you, you have up to two hours prior to the festival to pick up your tickets at the assigned booths at Parque Fundidora.

If I live in another country, how do I buy tickets for the festival and how’re they delivered?

You can buy your tickets at Ticketmaster and pick them up on the day of the festival at the Will Call.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

We have no way to re-print tickets, therefore we recommend keeping them in a dry and safe place. We also recommend that you contact our Customer Service Center Ticketmaster for further assistance.

Can I re-enter the festival after I leave?

No, once your ticket is scanned you won’t be able to re-enter.

Where does the festival take place?

At "Parque Fundidora" in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Which days and times does the Festival start?

The Festival takes place on March 31, April 1 and April 2, 2023. Access times for the 3 days are at 14:00.

Will medical attention be available?

At the festival you will find first aid tents with medical staff on hand to attend to any need, in the areas specified on the official festival map.

Will there be an area of lost objects in case I misplace something?

Yes, you can ask about your lost belongings in the Information module.

Will ATMs be available?

Yes, you’ll find them in the food court. However, we strongly recommend you to carry cash in case of unforeseen events.

Can I enter the Festival at any time?

As long as you have a ticket that hasn’t been scanned already, you can enter at any time during the Festival. However, re-entry is not allowed.

What is the best arrival time?

Gates open Friday at 14:00, Saturday at 14:00 and Sunday at 14:00. The earlier you arrive at the festival, the more time you will have to enjoy the 9 stages, the various amenities, and all the services available.

What food options can I look forward to in the Festival?

We’ll have a space for restaurants, food trucks and desserts, where you can try different styles of meals, including vegan options.

What payment methods will you accept within the Festival?

Cash will be accepted at all points of sale and credit card payments at selected points in the general zone and VIP zone.
